salmon, cut them in pieces of about 3-4 inches each, marinated in soy sause, brown sugar and a little olive oil, marinate in plastic bag for 2 hours in the fridge, turn the bag every now and then.
Grill them in under the broiler 5 minutes each side.

angelhair pasta, boil for about 4 minutes.
heat olive oil and a little butter, add finely chopped garlic, simmer for about 2 minutes on low, add white wine, lemon juice, parmasan cheese, salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and add the hot cooked pasta.

Serve with asparagus, clean them, cut them in 1 inch pieces, cook in boiling water for about 4 minutes.
In a bowl put some olive oil, little parmazan cheese, little lemon zest, salt and pepper, put the asparagus in the bowl and mix.

A slice of french bread.

Sounds delicious!!! I like to eat salmon pretty regularly - I usually bake the salmon the same way every time, cover both sides with salt, a little pepper, some extra virgin olive oil, some lemon juice and a little bit of minced garlic and cook in glass square dish until it is done, flipping over gently once. Then I put over rice, dripping excess olive oil over it, and eat with steamed asparagus with a little butter and salt on the side, OR, how I have been eating recently, cooking the salmon the same way but putting over Pasta Roni's Angel Hair Pasta with Herbs, very good with that too!

I was off yesterday an made a huge ( I mean huge) batch of chili---esp becuz I work late multiole times this week---house smelled great! Half hour before we were to eat, Andi tells me to just put the pasta in the pot. For the first time ever---I just added it straight in to cook with it----walked back into the kitchen and I burnt the chili!!!!! I wanted to just break down and cry! Everyone made a big deal of how they like their chili a bit burnt and they all ate it including seconds lol my poor family! Gah that was such a huge pot, too lol
