We ate at Chilis tonight....they have a great skillet meal that has cheese quesadillas with grilled chicken on top, monterey jack cheese, grilled onions and green chili sauce. YUMMY!!!!

Tonight I made a Chicken Helper - Chicken Fried Rice - it was actualy pretty good...
Yes, I normally do. Most are easy & quick...like my fruit cups and tarts deserts...especially in the summer.
In the fall/winter I get more into pies and heavier deserts.

Which reminds me...I need to check on my colorings for decorated Sugar Cookies before the Holidays sneak up on me. I love to decorate sugar cookies with Royal Icing. Fun fun. And ohhhh soooo good! I'll find a pic of some I made for fun one time...little mice. They were too cute to eat!! But we managed it. LOL.
pies and cookies and cakes sound wonderful. and it' a lot of fun to decorate the cookies then eat 'em 
I get ALL into the decorated Sugar Cookies. I have been known to airbrush designs on them too. Although my airbrushing skills have much to be desired. LOL.
