We had pizza last night...tonight it is roast and all the fixin's.

Pizza last night. I have no idea what we are having tonight. It's already 4pm and they can eat cake. Okay, there are people in the kitchen heading for the soup cabinet. Yea soup...I'm going to suggest a sandwich also. I think dinner is done.

The second wave of tomatoes are coming so we had grilled hamburgers.

Sounds great MAry Kay! Sounds like eggrolls I used to make. Today was a boring food day for me.. Some homeade hummus on olive oil rosted baget for din.

Slow cooked a brisket, added red and green peppers. Corn on the cob.

Pork Ribs, yellow rice, and peas. For desert...Vanilla-bean ice cream over double choc fudge brownies with choice of caramel or hot fudge sauce on top.

Tomorrow night will be left overs night to clear out the fridge before he leaves for 4 days of opening weekend of bow season hunting. Come on with it...it's Venison jerky making time!!

Wondering if this desert is rich enough or if I need to get out the heavy whipping cream and make some whip topping. decisions!
