We are on a strict diet, but I am making it work.
Filled a pan ⅓ water:put in half an onion: one fennel halved: 15-20 Peppercorns: Half a lemon-sliced:A bunch of dill: 2 cloves of garlic-crushed: ½ a yellow bell pepper-cut up: 2 stalks of celery-let this steep for 15 minutes and laid 2 pieces of ½ inch thick Chilean sea bass on top of the veggies and let it simmer (steam/covered) for 12 minutes. Serve fish only and toss the broth and veggies. sides were: Steamed broccoli and brussels.

I have not cooked much lately. Been busy making venison jerky and snack sticks...my kitchen is over run. But ohhhhh so yummy. The snack sticks came out divine! :D
Jerky is curing and will start going in the dehydrators tomorrow night.

After that is all done...I am planning to slow cook a venison loin like I cook my pork loins. YUM!
