Dinner out with old friends who are visiting, and back here for dessert of pound cake with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, and whipped cream with a little vanilla in it (I'll try the chocolate syrup some other time....).

I like one of those sponge cakes with the ridge around the edge for tarts..then fill with berries strawberry or blueberry glaze or jello and whip cream!

btw...used my meatloaf pan...love it.. chalk up one more for "as seen on tv"...
