We are having turkey tacos tonite - I have a recipe which makes the turkey meat taste GOOD - hides that ground turkey aftertaste lol. It requires a lot of different spices but it is worth it. Also we use pepper jack cheese instead of american.

It's been a while since I've had turkey tacos...I made a dozen chicken tacos the other day...and it was so darn hot, but now that the whether is getting a bit cooler...maybe, I'll make some turkey tacos...with guacamole and sour cream

We had ramen last night. Tonight is 'whatever mom decides to pull out of the freezer' night. Hmmmm... hamburger meat or venison steaks... so hard to choose!

Hi Hola Welcome to The Women's Room

Last night we had fried jumbo shrimp, crab cakes, and codfish fritters (batter lovingly made specially for hubby by my mother-in-love), and mac & cheese.

Tonight is left over night. Fridge is full of other cooked goodies that I don't want to go to waste. Tomorrow is clean out the fridge day, I hope some of it gets eaten before then.

Looove crab cakes! But those that I used to get on the eastern seaboard make those in the midwest taste like paste.

Tonght I'm gonna make whatever I think that Number One Son can keep down. He's a sicky puppy.

Hamburger meat didn't thaw out in time for burgers. So it was Ramen Night 2 at our house, but that means hubby will get to eat a fresh burger tomorrow night instead of a leftover burger like most nights when he has to work!

cut my chicken into pieces, cooked it in salt and pepper. Added some creamy Ceasar dressing and some green and red bell peppers. Sitrred it on heat till it thickened. Plated it and topped with parmesan cheese. Buttered broccoli with it. Yum !

Tonight I made an old standby, wrap sandwiches: smoked turkey, roasted red peppers, chopped kalamata olives, toasted pine nuts, crumbled feta and fresh basil with a little mayo on flour tortillas. I'm using basil, basil, basil until it's dead!!
