Very good and honest review. I got mine a week ago, and it has become one of my favorites. The little guy hits great @ 3.0 ohm in 5v setting. It also seems to last forever. I have no trouble getting all day out of it (and then some). I was pleasantly surprised at the powerful hit.

One of the clearomizers busted as I was taking it off, so I did get juice into the box. Although it was hard to clean because of the recessed fitting, it works fine after I cleaned it.

I have also used 16340 batteries in the "Gripper" (as GotVapes calls it). No change in performance. Still lasted about 14 hours.

Overall I give it high marks solely on performance. It is a little powerhouse!

I completely agree. It kicks for sure!

Are you sure it's not working? Have you tried other cartos/attys on it? Did you try "pulling your post"?

Yes, yes, and yes. Sad part is I didn't do anything. I was vaping, then nothing. I thought batteries, but lights were still working. Tried a couple other cartos, nothing. Tried prying up center pin, nothing. I tried pulling batteries and even a different set, nothing.

Next step, disassembly.

Before you go dissembling it... It's a pretty new item. Did you buy it recently? Ask your vendor if they can replace it for you.

I won it in a contest. I contacted them to let them know, but there is no warranty on free stuff. Double my money back!

I think the problem started the first day. One of the clearomizers came apart and spilled nicquid into the connection. The juice has probably been gunking up the electronics ever since.

Aha! Could be. Let me know what you find out. I'm curious.

Well, the good news is the Ovale V6 does come apart and go back together. There is a tiny screw under the battery cover, at the bottom of the mod. After removing the screw, it only takes a little prying and cajoling to separate the two piece housing.

The first thing I noticed was the tiny wires. The second thing I noticed was the silicone on everything.

It took a while because everything is so small, but I found the problem. The ground wire to the atty connector was broken off. All I need to do is solder it back on. Since I have not used a solder gun in 30 years, I guess it can wait.

Here is the best pic I could do with my phone. I might try with a camera later, if I decide to fix it. BTW it went back together fine, and you couldn't tell I took it apart.
