It's not that you aren't cool enough to get it Ms. Clover, that's just how Ms. Lynn is. She's saying that using a battery pack that is rated for 2000mah, but only puts out 800ma won't work. Not enough power to run the pt... She's just doing it in her special way....

I am not allowed to drive with my PT anymore. Got it tangled in the steering column TWICE. So...I can picture this easily...though I am sure you are more coordinated than I am!
I've had that issue a few times Ms. Nevada. I smoked/vape left handed, after a while just got used to the cord....
I haven't had any problems with the cord so far. Drove Shift for so long, I was used to steering with my left hand & having my right hand for other things..LOL..I did catch myself though trying to flick my ashes into the ashtray the first few times I drove with my vaper...Lmao ♥ ( then looked around like some one saw me being an idiot, lol )
oh man I totally wrapped the chord up in the steering wheel! lol! but not during a crucial moment. Im more conscious of that chord now! dont wanna cause an accident!!!!
Maybe I'll try it again...or not. I will have to next month when I drive to LA. I'd kill a crapload of batteries on a 4-6 hour drive. Maybe I better practice.

Just one of those "adjustments" that vaping brings into our lives 
No flicking ashes, no tossing cigs out the window (only to have them fly back into the car through the open backseat window), no sparks falling onto my clothes...I'll take some serious retraining over those old perils!
Hmmmm, my phone charger is usable with car cigarette lighter, outlet, a 9v battery or two AA's as backups - would it power a PT on a limited basis? The battery options, that is

You know what I have been thinking...I've been reading people who use their PT's on this stuff and it may be that the PT's they use are lower powered ones than V4L ?? Alot of them say their using a 510 PT. It may be something that an adapter to the 808's we have would allow us to use our V4L carts on ?? What does anybody think ?
Technically you could Ms. Anita but if they're lower powered they won't match up with the performance of V4L's. When I'm really craving or having a bad day I need that extra hit the 5v 2a pt gives. 510's run at 3.2v, not sure if their pt's do.
Oh, that reminds me of a thread I have to start! Blast! I know absolutely none of this stuff and it would certainly help in my dilemma...better do that now...
It's actually a cartomizer choice and doesn't have much to do with the PV. The cartomizer is the load the PV is just a pretty power switch.
Like putting a 100wt bulb in a 40watt fixture. You can change out the light switch all you want, but that sucker is still gonna burn the house down.
