A question that seems to elude many. Will it turn off?

I have been searching for a cheap e cig for quite a while now, trying to find a balance between the good, the bad, the nasty, and the WHAT THE (Heck) is that!?

I found one that may be suitable, however, some have said that it can not be turned off. The e cig in question is:

I figured to ask some of the people who have been here a long time, mayhaps they ran into it no?

That ecig doesn't have an on/off switch but if you are worried about it going off in your pocket you can remove the atty/carto so it can't fire. I don't see anything in the description about a certain number of clicks to turn it off.

A more pressing concern to me is the last photo shows an AC to USB adapter with an output of only 300 mA current. A standard charger for that type of battery normally requires at least 500 mA current to function properly. It's not looking like it might be such a great bargain overall.
