If you're defining organic as simply "derived from living matter", then many NETs (naturally extracted tobaccos) could probably be classed that way, as long as they're pure extracts without any synthetic flavorings added. Propylene glycol and Ethyl Alcohol used in the extraction process are both technically organic compounds, (though that's not exactly applicable to other definitions of organic).

Certain other extracts that don't contain natural sugars (not vapeable) might also be classed organic in this way. Vanilla for example.

But if you're defining organic as "Certified Organic", that is... " grown/raised without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, ionizing radiation, antibiotics or growth hormones", things become way more complicated. It's possible that a NET using organic tobacco could be certified organic, but organically grown tobacco is priecy. Same with organically grown vanilla, etc.

If VG is being used, it'll also need to be Certified. No problem... "Certified Organic" soy derived VG is available from Essential Depot for the bargain price of $77.95 per gallon.

So yes, I think it's possible that a NET could be produced that is Certified Organic, but it would undoubtedly also be Certifiably Expensive. (I'm estimating upwards of $45 per 30 ml, though it could be DIY'ed much cheaper :)) Which is why there is no such thing as a Certified Organic Eliquid on the market (including from all the vendors mentioned in this thread).

I may have also read somewhere that the "organic" liquids also contain more of the "bad stuff". Some of the artificial or non-organic ingredients may actually be safer.
I think you're referring to the carcinogenic properties of caramelized natural sugars, which is why we don't (derp, I mean shouldn't) vape "natural strawberry extract", or any flavoring with any form of natural sugar added.

There was something on AP and DAP as well if I recall.
