Someone wants to sell a Tesla vw with two 18300s, two protank 3's, and a charger for $240. I think it's a rip off cause he won't tell me anything else about it. Its my sister's bf so she says he wouldn't do that.

Too much money. not necessarily a rip off if he bought it locally but that is retail B&M price for stuff that is used? Much cheaper online. Like half that priceor less 17.99 each for protank 3's and tesla for about 35. batteries and a charger no more than 35 unless it is a crazy nice charger.

a quick google search shows Tesla vw for around 35 bucks pro tanks about 18 bucks so I would say it is a huge rip off
RIP OFF! You can get an Authentic Poldiac, Authentic KFL+, Sonty VTC5 and charger for that price. MMVapors is having a 75 EURO sale on their Classic Poldiacs and you can get a KFL+ for under $100.00 USD (Just an example).
I have extra money to spend, and I wanted to upgrade. He bought everything locally and its a four slot universal charger
searching around on the net i could get all of that for $140 or less if i look harder

Still too much. Tesla is 70 locally along with about 30 each for the protanks. Charger 35, batteries 20.
Sounds over priced to me.

Charger $15 ~ $30 depending on model
Tesla vw $32 ~ $60 depending on where purchased
$95 ~ $144 new.
