Supplies:
10-16 drops of pure VG or PG (or a blend of the two) per carto
1 small glass or container that will keep the cartos vertical
Paper towels (or anything you can use and discard after the cleansing)
What to do:
1. Pad the bottom of the container with paper towels.
2. Stand the cartos up in the container with the largest opening at the bottom and let the cartos drain over night (or longer if necessary, though one night should be sufficient).
3. Add 5-8 drops of the VG or PG into each carto and let them sit for a minute.
4. Blow out the excess liquid from each carto into a paper towel and let them sit for another minute (or over night for better results).
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the cartos are good as new (it typically takes 2 rounds for me).
This will work until you need to change the filler (you'll know when you need to change the filler when it has been squished to about half it's size). Filler is cheap, you can purchase it at fabric stores, online, etc.
