A strange wierd forbidden lust for a cigarette :)

Its been sometime since I had my last analogue since threw away all the packs of extra cigs and ashtray, lighters etc. Had my girlfriends sister visiting me(who occasionally smokes). I was alone when they had gone out and while roaming around I saw a pack of cigs on the table. Almost felt like taking one out and smoke it. It reminded me of the feeling when I was younger and had just started smoking, when me and my friend used to steal his dads cigs and go to the roof and smoke them Wierd feeling but ofcourse I did not touch the pack Just wanted to share this and ask if anyone else have these feelings??

After over 2 years, I still dream about them. Never have any cravings, though - trying a cig after 3 months of vaping cured that. It was disgusting.

Yea I agree, its only a feeling, nowadays I cannot even stand the smell of smoke, can't even imagine I used to sit in a small room with windows closed smoking a pack a day!

Yeah, I think after 35 yrs with them that it's natural. I just remember that my last one tasted really bad tho. And some folks here try that and say the same thing.

Sometimes I wonder that if vaping got outlawed, I'd be able to go back to them at all- I'm sure it'd be like I have to force myself to get thru the smell and gagging and coughing.

I think I started because of peer pressure and my parent's smoked. This time around tho it'd be alot different because my parents have both passed and I think having a bunch of 50 yr. old guys standing around me smoking wouldn't pass as peer pressure anymore, lol.

Yeah, those weird analog cravings will come and go, probably off and on forever, I get them to, but the craving is fleeting especially after I get the lingering scent of smoke I once loved, and it turning into a foul suffocating stench in a blink of an eye.

One of my parental unit types has been smoke free for going on approximately 15 years now and to this day he says he will get cravings for an analog, but he also says they aren't as bad as they were 6 months after he quit smoking.

But also, as its been said around these parts, sometimes you have to pick up an analog to remind yourself why you quit those and went to vaping.

I still have an urge when people around me are smoking. I might try to smoke HALF a cigarette once in a while, but that's as far as I can go. I won't ever be able to smoke a cig to the filter again.

I don't know how I used to smoke in a small area with the windows closed either asen_y2k. I was over a friends house and everyone was smoking on a closed in patio. The smoke was so thick I could barely open my eyes, no one else there was affected.

for the first week of vaping,,i carried a almost full pack and lighter in my pocket,,after the fourth day i forgot they were there
once i was vapin exclusively? never looked back !!!

I haven't crave cigarettes in a really long time. my brother smokes in my house and I've thought about smoking once or twice over the last year when he was here but never gave in to the thought I'm afraid one puff will lead to a 2 PAD habit
