Hai I'm qayser a vaper from Malaysia, I'v asked the moderator to start a thread for Malaysian, since in malaysia getting supply of certain item are very limited... I think it would be a great place to share where we can share suppliers directory, review and experiences.

Ill be compiling a list of supplier that I have dealt with and post it in a separate thread, hope others may contribute as well

Hope to hear from other Malaysian's or any neighboring country...

Hi, i am From Singapore. We can share ideas and even trading etc,
I thought getting E-Cig in Malaysia have no Problem right? The officers even say thank you when you do the collection on the Post office. just give them Kopi Money. and they Smile when you leave happily.
why issit Limited on certain items?
Let me know what are the Things needed. have you create Malaysia Group and than gather all malaysian like my SG vaper.
But i have been really trying to get my friends etc to post online is so damm difficult as they (Kiasi) Worry this and that.
Currently i have Friends running in/out Malaysia getting Juice to Singapore for his friends, girlfriends and sometime me which he ordered thru online and ship to his Relatives houses in Malaysia.
Tesco Smoker Haven selling the E-Cig S*ck. The taste is horrible and hence the Service so out. They don't even really know what the PG and VG...

Now that I'v read back my post, its so vague... Thing is in Malaysia there's not many supplier bringing in stuff from China... Even if they are bringing stuff in, their inventory are limited. And S****r H****n believe it or not has the most number of retail outlet...So yeah its legal, but suppliers are not blooming fast enough.

Qayser90, I believe most of the inventory that Malaysian suppliers carry are from China. There are a number of ecig manufacturers in Shenzhen and that's probably where most of the Malaysian companies get their products from. Just look at what is on offer and you'll tend to see that most of the products are similar....only the packaging might differ slightly.

Is sad that the product you or your friend using are of poor quality. Erm maybe u wanna try ordering Janty branding? It is working great for alot of Singaporean.
Currently Janty no supplier in Malaysia. My friends usually order large quality liquids and sent there. Is easier to bring to SG.

Erm since smoker haven is not your choice than u have to move on and find others.
E-cig in malysia is illegal unless u buy from tesco. I think is confusing. How about ego models? Does it look like e-cig? No, it is a vaporizer and we have to move the name out of e-cig as it is not a cigarette. Is a personal vaporizer.
Get it?

Ecigs in Malaysia are not illegal....whether or not you buy them from Tesco. There are numerous other retail shops scattered all over the country. The government here has not made a formal decision and still regards it as something of a grey area.

I think one of the biggest problems we have with our local suppliers is the fact that they assume (correctly in most cases!) that the general public have no clue as to what these products are. The unfortunate business mentality seems to be: hey, since it's new, let's make a big profit before it becomes popular and everyone starts selling it.

That's why there are so many suppliers charging around US$100 for generic China-made kits that probably don't even have a cost price of US$10.

Erm, as for the part that E-Cig is illegal. i heard from my Friends who went to get it from Tesco and hence even the Custom officer @ the Post Office say so. They stated that E-Cig is illegal that why my Friend paid RM50 when happen his parcel get held up there.

yeahhh very2 suck...i feel down whole day at my office when i heard this bad news:(...my buddy is Health Inspector, last meeting with Kementerian Kesihatan he asked bout PV/ecig and 1 of the Officer of Kementerian Kisihatan said they already aware bout it and had sent all the pv stuff to lab and waiting for the lab result:(
that officer said they cant put pv under tabacco acts(pv not tabacco producta) so pharmaceutical acts is the best place coz nicotine is "controlled drug"....

I think their major concern is those e-cig supplier that sell cheap unreliable stuff like e-healthy cigarette... u can get one in chow kit for rm 40 man... and it taste like plastic when you smoke it

I think the biggest concern they have is tax dollars. If ecigs take off in Malaysia, the govt will lose tobacco tax revenue. The naysayers can moan all they want about the need to ban ecigs because they're potentially unsafe. Extreme double standards if you ask me. If they're so concerned about the health of the general public, why not ban analogs as well then?
