So we all know how we feel about BluCig and their....substandard performance. I've used 901's since I started vaping (after being suckered into BluCigs), but last week I ran out of atty's. As I was waiting for my order of replacements (and my first 510 atty) I received a previously ordered 901>510 adapter.

I had noticed previously that the BluCig atomizers had a male connection surprisingly similar to the 510. So I thought since I was "atomizerless" why not give it a shot? So I threw my 901>510 adapter on my 6V homemade mod, threw on a BluCig atty and.....it fired! I had 6 of these things that I never used, due to the fact that I got my first 901 a week or 2 after I got my BluCigs.

SUPRISINGLY the BluCigs actually delivered a TH and vapor production on par with my 901, and nearing that of my 510 that I later received. However it seems that they tend to leak quite a bit when on the adapter, and got dry quite quickly. I also tried them on a standard 3.7V 901 battery and was surprised yet again, at the fact that the experience was not a horrible one.

So that being said if you're ever at a shortage of atty's and you have a 510 connection throw one on while you wait for your next order. Last time I checked they were $5 a pop or so, glad I have a back up plan :)

I've atattched images of the 510 adapter from Madvapes, my 510 (longer atty), my BluCig atty (shorter atty), my 6v mod, and my standard 901 battery)

NOTE: I believe the main reason for the BluCig's bad performance is the horrible stock batteries. Also for those who might want to know the 510 does fit the BluCig battery...but I don't recommend it....lol

My son bought a Blu and I have a Joye 510. He hates his Blu and he tries all the time to use my stuff. His batteries work with my atty without any adapter, everything is interchangable. He had been trying to swap pieces with me since he got it. No dice I told him not to order that and wait till I got mine to see if he like it and he is so impatient he did it any way, so he was stuck with his and I have my 510,until now.

But all the Blu and Joye 510 piece are interchangeable without an adapter he even just ordered some joye attys and he just got them today and been using them with his blu batteries.

Yes they are interchangable. I was using an adapter because I have 901 fitings on all my devices and the adapter converts it to a 510 connection.

Glad to hear he got his 510 attys, but although the 510 atty is interchangable with the Blu battery I don't think he'll be getting the greatest performance out of them. Let me know how it works out.
