This will be my 2nd order with VV. It's hard to come across a company who truly knows the meaning of good customer service. I had already completed a order and forgot to add a extra item to the order. I emailed kitty and she quickly replied back with confirmation that my extra item will be shipped along with my original order. Processing time is lighting fast, which I recieved tracking information on the same day.Anyways Kudos to you and your crew. Keep up the good work.

I didn't experience the same thing. i emailed customerservice@virginvapor.com twice already and still haven't gotten a reply. Kitty if you see this can you help me out? ordered a week ago and haven't gotten a response. my order hasn't shipped yet but i got charged monday and i haven't gotten a reply as to why it hasn't shipped? got ego twists and vivi novas. maybe no stock on the twists? i'd appreciate any help and info you can give

I am actually experiencing the same issue right now for the first time ever. I ordered 5 days ago & e-mailed CS to add a battery that I ordered separately later. I haven't received a reply & no shipping notice yet. Checked FB & the website today. Says their slammed busy, folks out sick & they are trying to catch up. Sad...I have to hit the local shop today to get by...*sigh* :-(

Unfortunately, I must echo the sentiments of a few posters above me. I had ordered on sunday night and the status for my order is still unfulfilled. This has not been a great experience. Usually I order from vendors when my juices are almost out, but knowing that vendors understand vapers need juice quick, shipping response is usually fast. This order from VV, I thought to order ahead of time to the point when I would be run out but I'm getting nervous as my juice supply is dwindling.

I just noticed on the VV site that they are in the process of moving to a bigger location and ask for patience while they do their very best to ship as quickly as possible. I thought there must be a reason. They're usually so fast.
I hear Kitty is feeling much better today too. Looks like things should get back to normal soon! :)

I received shipping notice & customer response last night...I LOVE them & things happen. I need to get better at planning ahead as well. Usually my order ships same day or next so this was very rare. I did have to hit the local shop "begrudgingly" for some small 10 ml bottles to get us both by....tastes gross now that i am so spoiled on VV. It's not surprise how popular & successful Virgin Vapor has become! CONGRATULATIONS to them all!

I ordered from VV for the first time last week. I keep refreshing my shipping status hoping it will make it arrive quicker.

A long way to Hawaii. Been using volcano e-liquids but ordered Kona Milkshake and chocolate cake from vv. anyone dig those yet?


Kona Velvet is an all day vape for me. My order from 1.25 is the first one ever to not be shipped within a few days, which must be due to the move. I have been buying from V V for over a year now and once they get back on track, you will be very pleased. I get the Death by Chocolate to mix with my Choc Chip Mint- I have never ordered the other chocolate one but I would be surprised if you do not love it.

Got it in the mail today clear out in Hawaii. I know many say to let it steep for a bit but I went right for it assuming it will be much better than the PG/VG Artificial stuff I have been getting from Volcano. I was right. Exceptional. DW loves the chocolate cake and the house smells like coffee.

Looking forward to seeing how the flavor develops over the next week or so if it lasts that long.

Not looking forward to the amount of money I am going to spend on VV Products.

looks like your not the only one. Usually my orders ship out the next day but this latest order is taking some time. Guessing they are still moving things around.

I was in no way complaining- just mentioning this was my first ever delay- understandable due to the move and pretty good for being a customer of V V for over a year- I never expect an immediate shipment from anyone. No one can do it all, no matter how hard Annette may try to, lol. Plus, this is all coming right after their illness- so I am hoping there is no relapse. Growing pains! And on a side note, I did get a shipping notice, lol.
