I made my first purchase from VV mid-march, including 2 ego c-twists, mini vivi nova, case, and charger.
The items were sent quickly, and all in perfect working condition.
Then about 2 weeks ago, one of my twists (650 mah) stopped working and just kept blinking.
I contacted Kitty for help, and she was very helpful, letting me know it's probably a short in the battery.
She offered to ship me a new one as soon as she received my broken battery.
I just received the replacement, and it works great.
