A Vortex drip tip

[Gummy Bear]

A Vortex drip tip that won’t fall off into the toilet. ( well someone here said theirs did).


The stem in the center of the Vortex now seals to the center hole of the drip tip as well as the outer shell. No need for O rings , it's all sealing to plastic and fit real tight.



And yes I did it on my drill press because I don't own a real lathe. (Damn it)

Gummy Bear great job and on a drill press yet. Havent been on much, only at nite to read the posts and maybe post something myself. i have heard Vortex m,any times but where can i read about it and see a pic of it? Im still tweaking kanthal wraps and trying to get a good feel of the Genisis atty still.
anyway i really like that drip tip.

LMAO I have been in machining for 20 years and still wish I had a lathe all the time and I have turned parts in a drill press my self, its not pretty but it makes parts fit.
