Has TW abandoned ECF? Is that what all the deleted posts are about? Or is it just continued proof that our opinion as consumers doesn't matter to them?

Seriously. Post while you can, and Pillbox, when your read this, you're destroying your credibility with ECF. Hope it's worth it for your little temper tantrum. Pathetic.
I'd love to know what's happening. I don't have anything bad to say about TW since I've personally had no bad experience with them but this action, and all the complaints recently voiced, pretty much speaks for me I guess.

I have had only positive experiences with TW.
Every issue was handled promptly and well.
All I would say to them if they were still here is thanks for the great service and products.

This is actually what bothers me the most. There seem to be a bunch of people that have had great CS experiences with TW. Why, then, won't they just respond to the problems and move on? Deleting the entire forum because there are some critical posts is insane.

I got some rude replies when I tried to inquire about the early termination of the Yo-Yo sale. Excessively rude. After getting a full cart deleted twice when the discount was at it's highest. Kind of annoyed me.
Mostly, though, it's the lack of response to these criticisms that's driving me crazy. Originally I just wanted to put my two cents in, but the longer it goes without being addressed the more vendetta-ish it's getting.

If properly executed, very cool scheme. I really wasn't all that upset about missing out until I got told that I was lucky to be able to shop there at all. There are plenty of other places for my business. Then this thing with deleting the entire forum... how does that look?
TW started their own forum about 2 years ago, +/- a month or so.
Apparently their forum has been around for a while. Maybe they're just giving up on ECF, though. I think most people here are too educated to pay their prices.
I'll say that I've never had any problems with Totally Wicked. They've always given me excellent service, prompt response, and good products. I emailed to have them change my code for me, so that it would be easier to remember . . . done by the beginning of the next day, their time.
As for the prices . . . yeah, they are a little pricey. I have a lot of different feelings on that, but I'll spare that for this thread. They have some really good flavors, though, and quality doesn't always come cheap.
They do have good sales from time to time though, and the way that their affiliate program works, you basically get a percentage off your purchases, plus a percentage on account to use towards your next purchase. When it comes down to it, the actual price is less than what you see. Still too much for to solely rely on at my income level . . . but that's another thread.
I loved the yo yo sale and had a great time getting some amazing deals. The orders shipped right out and even though I managed to botch my own zip code, they resent the items at their expense. They called me immediately when the orders returned. It was real top shelf customer service.
People that complained about carts wiping out and such don't effect my opinion of them.
The yo yo sale created a lot of complaints from folks that have some our grapes about it ending too soon and such, but all ya gotta do is enjoy it... And not be a greedy pig. It's pretty much that simple. It never needed to become an ugly mob of townsfolk with torches and pitchforks.

I've been really lucky with all suppliers here on ECF. I might feel differently if I had had a problem that wasn't addressed, but that goes for any supplier.

I doubt the comment was directed at you, but "Mr Wicked" did say that he was going to wipe out people's carts because of resellers and hoarders putting thousands of dollars worth of stuff into their carts, and waiting for the big discounts. Think about 60% off to somebody who will turn around and make that 60% back in sales. That's not what the sale was for. I just don't think the sale was thought through all the way.
I'm not sure about the threads being deleted though. I didn't see it. Sorry. I've been sampling as many suppliers as I can so that I can find the ones who treat me with respect. I won't give my money to people who treat me like an income or try to sell me crappy juice or hardware.
