Hey Zenster, I spent plenty including my Tornado which I was pleased with and still alternate with my mods
That's cool then... I owned a store a number of years ago, and I was told "The Customer Is Always Right" all the time... NEVER from my customers... and ALWAYS from the people that were upset with me for whatever reason, yet had never purchased a thing.
The customer IS always right... but not everybody with a gripe is a customer.
LOL....my old business consisted of customers who were always wrong. If they were all right I wouldn't have any customers at all!
I've ordered from TW many times. Never had any problems, yeah sometimes the prices are higher but they are also usually the first to get new stuff...and I like new stuff, so I pay the little extra and I'm fine with it. Customer service is usually prompt, I've never needed to call, but emails have been replied to within a business day.
I guess my concern here, is why people are coming here to complain about problems rather than going direct to the source? Wouldn't it make more sense to call or email customer service, and if no response happens, escalate up the chain of command. Or perhaps, give it a day or so, knowing that they might possibly be slammed due to holidays, big sales, whatever. This is a business, same as any other. If they can help you, they will. If you are just trying to make a scene, then there's no helping you anyhow
I've been in customer service/customer support for MANY years, and it seems to me that the people that complain the loudest really just want someone to commiserate with them/fight back, rather than have the situation worked out.

I have had no issues with TW ... Fast shipping .... nothing was broken so I cant say about their customer service because all my orders were normal noting broken or left out. We will see on my order of the Tornado Tanks LOL ill keep everyone posted but I hope is like normal and no issues ^_^
