Paul, PCC stands for Personal Containment Capsule. They're usually used to capture errant children - You just toss the device at the child and the capsule expands around them, keeping them contained in one spot with sufficient oxygen to let them survive at least 4 or 5 hours. Wish I had found this thread days ago! I had figured out most of the acronyms, but there were a few that were still a mystery. Had no idea what carto was, either. I feel like I'm learning a foreign language. Expecting my 1st PV, a LUX from modern vapor.

You don't need to go through all that. Duct tape and a good tree worked (oops) works just fine.
