Able to post in other forums?

Since I had to have a certain number of posts in the new members forum to be able to post elsewhere, I am assuming I have to reach another number to be able to post in the APV model specific forum. Just ordered a vamo V2 and I noticed the post about the bum charger that causes explosions by overcharging the batteries. Wouldn't ya know that's the one they sent me.

The make new post button is disappeared yet again. This is a ridiculous rule, how many posts do I have to reach to have this privilege of posting in certain forums? Thanks
