Hmm -- this is what Google showd me for the "Zuez" and the "Zues":

Vapor Zeus - E-Cig Batteries | Vapor4Life E-Cigarette

As all V4Life products have 808 threading......this may be the proprietary threading the OP was mentioning?

I'm sure others in the V4Life area here at ECF will have some experience with this device.

Personally -- I'd recommend a Twist/Spinner/Revolver/Uturn and certainly an Itaste III. But, I also enjoy "playing" with vari's and prefer regulated devices for a few reasons. I also happen to like the Aspire BDC's. For me they have been as close to a "plug and play" device as any I've had and still provide a darn nice vape.

The newer Aspire nautilus is considered to be even better, but it might not look as nice on an ego sized battery.

Heh... e-cigs "cheating"... "unsafe"... indeed! They're just jealous! :D

A Spinner/Twist battery will give a similar performance to the MVP, not exact but similar. The MVP is VV/VW and uses a different frequency than the Spinner/Twists, but that's a whole other thread!

You can't really go wrong with any of the mentioned, except maybe the Zeus. That's a mechanical device and not a VV/VW (if you're already aware of the specifics, just ignore that part...)

Yes, unsafe! I actually had someone tell me that my e smoking will give me cancer. Haha! It's funny what people assume sometimes.

But thank you so much for the info! My only reason for not trying out a VV has been that I was worried it wouldn't be enough of a step up from my current set-up, but if I can get a good performance, staying with an ego, then I think a Spinner will be my next investment. And I did know that the Zeus is not VV/VW, and it had made it's way onto my list because I have read that it performs as well as a mod, but with a much simpler design. The simplicity and appearance are honestly the most appealing points for me. Your post has definitely made me reconsider though. Not to mention a Spinner is in my budget :) Any recommendations on a good clearomizer to match? Thanks again for all your help!

You know what they say about people who "assume" right? :D
Hey, although it technically hasn't been proven to be "Safe"... it sure looks like it's much safer than the alternative!

Back on topic...
VV/VW is a good thing to have. A really good thing! You can fine-tune your power to get the best possible vape from your clearo. I always recommend it to anyone who is just getting started but are not happy with the Blu-style devices.
As for clearo's...
The Kanger ProTank Mini's are like the new black! they just blend in and fit with any color or style battery you get (IMHO). But... it's still individual preferences that you have to consider.
Top coil clearo's like Innokin iClear16's and the CE5's give a "warm" vape. But the downside is they use long wicks that hang down into the juice. You have to make sure they stay well saturated by tilting your clearo to prevent dry-hits. They are pretty easy to fill and clean, but are a hassle to change the heads on if you still have juice in your tank. You have to empty the clearo first.
Bottom Coil clearo's such as the EVOD's and ProTanks give a "cool" vape since the vapor has a bit longer to travel up the airway. they are extremely easy to fill, change the heads on and clean, but... they are known to leak a bit if the juice level gets down below 1/3 of a tank, they can be finicky with thick, high VG (Vegetable Glycerine) juices, the small wicks can have some trouble getting the thick liquid to the heating coil and causing the dreaded dry-hit. They both have their pro's and Con's. I personally preferred the ProTank Mini on my spinner, but my wife loves them more and she's the boss, so she is now the happy owner of all 3 protanks.

Ive quit for like 23 days and had a similar setup as you. My Innokin SVD arrived on tuesday and I have been blown away at how good the vape is..... very satisfying!
I also got an aerotank (looks so cool on the SVD) which I love but i like mixing up between the iclear30s. I would recommend the MVP or the SVD i think they are very similar apart from the design.

Well done on beating off those Camels just like Arnie! http://stream1.gifsoup.com/view2/1154982/camel-punch-o.gif

I have a similar story, and just joined to day also, after finding this site last night at work. I've learned a ton of stuff, and am expecting a number of things to show up in my mailbox next week.:) I was a pack a day smoker for 40 years, and have "quit" a number of times with varying results. I decided Jan 15th to buy an ego starter kit rather than my normal carton of smokes, after having used a Blu disposable on and off for a few weeks. I'm happy to say I've had my last stinky cigarette! No cravings, and things are going very well. I stopped at my local smoke shop this morning on my way home from work, and bought a variable battery, and have a couple of clearomizers coming in the mail, as well as a few varieties of juice from a vendor recommended on this forum. For someone who likes to customize things, this is shaping up to be a pricey habit! :) I'm looking forward to following the forums & learning many things for the veterans.
