As long as you kept it in a cool, dry place out of the sunlight I see no reason why it would lose flavor. Also I think extended 'steeping' - leaving the cap off to 'steep'?? loses flavor as well, but I'm guessing you didn't do that.

So.. that leaves your taste buds (which could be changing depending on how long you've been vaping) or the device used for vaping. A carto can get pretty ratty after a while, so if you didn't try a new empty carto - try that, just in case it was the carto. If it's your taste buds, they'll recover. And in some cases - again, I'm guessing you didn't just try it once after and dismiss it, but taste can be changed by what you eat or drink prior or during vaping.

Almost everyone here has had the experience of a flavor not tasting the same or losing flavor, and it is either the ejuice itself or some other factor. I make my own ejuice and have a formula that is pretty constant. Having some flavorite flavorings on hand, one can boost flavor if needed.
