I'm new at this. Only a few days ago my dear sister gave me as present the e-cig and it's amazing. I used to smoke 1 pack a day and with the e-cigarette I only smoke 2 old cigs each day. I'm so happy I'would like to spread the word with all my friends and family. I'm trying to know all about this marvelous invention and I have a question knowing that the measure Ah is ampers per hour I really dont know what the "m" means, for instance 650mAh. I would really appreciate an answer.

"For e-cigs the rule of thumb is for every 100 mAh the battery holds it is good for 1 hour of vaping."

I would add to that "with standard resistance atomizers or cartomizers".

Standard resistance (standard ohms) attachments are all alim ecigs should use, but the big batteries 450mah+ can also use low resistance (lower ohms) attachments fro more heat/vapor and those use battery charge up faster.
