I have about two dozen squonk mods, all made here in in USA.
I have about three dozen BF RDAs. Some made in the Philippines, some in Europe, some in USA.
No tanks in use, although I think I've still got a couple of German-made Kayfuns somewhere.

Reason: After the deeming regs were announced in almost five years ago, I decided I would only buy vape gear that would likely last a lifetime. Yes, it was expensive, but all of it still works, and I still spent less acquiring it over a period of years than I would have on my smoking habit.

batteries: Japan and Korea.

My chargers are all xtar. You got me there; those are made in China.

But the bottom line is: No, not everything is made in China. :)

hahahahahahah it last and it made in where they claim (especially euro). batt made in korea n ....
i end my story here.

99.99% of Vape related gears ARE.

Trust me, just inspect any of your dozens of Squonk mods, so called made in US, there are more parts and components made in China than you would believe.

Yes! Everything is made in China, at least partially.

Seller ratings don't matter. My main purpose was to ask the general quality of the products made in China.
Thanks for the answers. :)

Order from Fasttech.. much better.

I won't buy Chinese ejuice as it's a consumable but I'm less worried about things like RTAs or coils, stainless steel is stainless steel etc. no matter where its made, and we wash tanks before using no matter who makes them..

Many good brands are located in China, that people on the site use daily for mods. Companies like Geekvape, Lost Vape and more are located in China, and generally produce a good quality product.

@Batu Tekin – a dangerous product can come from any country. How many times have we heard of contaminated produce that was locally grown as an simple example. There was one USA based vape wire manufacture who prides its self with Europe smelted metal that is milled in the US. A large mishap with QC resulted in many of its wire shipped out with the incorrect material on the label. Stainless Steel wire was labeled as Ni80. To a consumer with a nickel allergy this could have serious consequences.

You can't really say where's good or bad from. Damn, my last purchases were products from Japan, and after using up half of the Ni80 spool, a video from youtube showed up yesterday on my home page. Cleaning up in Fukushima is still ongoing! Derp! Now I have another thread just written a few moments ago about a Japanese Glycerin brand that I am afraid to use...

But unless the wire manufacturer was really close to Fukushima, how does that figure in? I use Japanese organic cotton for my wicks and they don't glow in the dark.

Nope. My mods were all made by vendors here on ECF who posted pictures of their work in progress for each batch they make. Now the early ones did use Chinese made 510s, but they weren't entirely satisfied with the quality of those, so they had a big batch of them made in SW VA, by the same shop that made some of the the RDAs that I use.

You can get yourself a comprehensive collection made outside China but why.
I like what I like and it really doesn't matter much where its made.
I've tanks from the UK, US, Greece, Hungary, China, Germany ect ect.
I've bought them on the apparent suitability to my needs.
China make some fantastic gear. I wouldn't be without my lostvape or asmodus mods. My eleaf pico has done outstanding service and the innokin coolfire mods I've used are made to a very high standard inside if you open up the bonnet (hood).
I'm new to this forum and finding its a great place and many of the Chinese vendor's aboard ecf, are companies I've had excellent dealings with previously.
Fastech take a week to get me my orders as do health cabin, 3f and source more.
The thing I like about the Chinese manufacturers are, they want to make you what you want and if you want quality. Tell them and they will make it.
You like it. Buy it. You know you want too, lol.
As for the op, I've found UD make very high quality wire and coils and as previously mentioned cotton bacon or a bale of good old fashioned muji is perfect for cotton. Keep clear of the one with the bunny on it if you really want to avoid the unknown.

In many ways I trust China far more than the USA and UK.. ..see communism does work

Thing is, China isn't communist. Remember communism is more an economic model than just political. In communism industry is state owned, and by inference the workers. The economy is state run with centralized decisions (by the "representatives" of the workers) in what is manufactured.

China is a pretty free wheeling capitalist system with exports dominated by companies not under control or even in partnership with the government. Sure, there are plenty of joint privste/public partnerships but plenty of private and even some publicly traded companies.

On the social rather than economic side there is pretty draconian rule. Aside from persecution of religion you now have a government structured social credit score based on behavior rather than a FICO just on your individual credit history. Bad social scores, which can even include something as minor as witnessed littering will affect it, and can prevent things like train or air travel and employment. So I'm not defending them, but they're not the old communism like it used to
be.

I recall one interview regarding communism in China and an official stated it's not a communist state as only about 10% of the population are members of the communist party, but didn't explain why they then had the right to control the other 90% of citizens lives.

They don't "control" but lead and take care of 100% of the population. Take few natural disasters that took place in US and China in recent years, it is obvious which Gov care more and care better for their people.

The point is GOOD or POOR government, not what political system being practiced.

The point is how GOOD or POOR the device you use to vape, not who made it.

For me, it's just a matter of personal preference, but it's not due to health concerns. I think I'll leave it at that.

That's fair enough.
It can be hard. I'd love to purely support local companies but price can be prohibitive when the items are produced in such small quantities the only way of finding if an item that looks like it will fit the bill actually will is to speculatively purchase the item at over $130 at a time for an rda.
But that's why forums like this one are so important and a feeling of trust between the members can be essential in finding those exceptional bits.
I'd never have bought my first kayfun, calix or Kennedy without reassurance and recommendations from those with similar tastes.
