I use about 6 ml a day. Currently, I am vaping 12 mg/ml nicotine concentration.

Safe? We don't actually KNOW that it's -safe- to vape any eliquid at all... We -do- know it is hundreds of times safeER than smoking cigarettes.

Personally, I would find it very hard to believe anyone ever had a serious over vaping caused health incident. The primary treatment given for most cases of too much nicotine is to wait for your body to metabolize the excess.

Assuming you're a former smoker, you'll know if you're getting too much.

People are very good at 'self-titrating' their dose.

The only thing you've normally got to watch out for is if you upgrade your equipment - a lot of people buy shiny new atomisers and suddenly have to cut the strength of their liquid.

I've been vaping for over a year and a half. I started at 24mg nic and am currently down to 12 mg nic. I use approximately 2 - 3 ml a day.

The eliquid contains a mixture of pg (propylene glycol) and vg (vegetable glycerin), liquid nicotine, and flavoring agents. As said above, no long-term scientific studies have been completed on the safety of inhaling this as vapor. What is known is there is no tar or smoke being inhaled, so no carcinogenic materials.

Nicotine can be considered a poison in the right amounts, but we aren't vaping that much in our e-cigs. Nicotine is also considered to be a vasoconstrictor, meaning it can cause the smaller blood vessels to become smaller. But so is caffeine, a very similar drug found in coffee, soda, and chocolate. There have been some recent scientific studies that show that nicotine may help prevent Alzheimer's Syndrome.

Hi

You don't absorb the nicotine from liquids on a 1 to 1 ratio. How much is absorbed varies pretty widely from one person to the next. For the typical user you only absorb somewhere between 1/3 to 1/4 of the nicotine in liquids. So in your case, if people are thinking you are taking in 32 mg's of nicotine per day - you're not. It's more like somewhere between 8 mg and 9.6 mg's.
