First I just wanna say that I appreciate having access to a vender like madvapes. I got a lot of respect for the way you folks do bidness. So, now, I just placed another order today and earned 54 points. What do the point translate to in real value? I read the info on the site and I'm not sure I get it. I'll be buying a lot more from you guys and I'm gonna want to know when to "cash in my chips"

Hey mist, it amounts to about 5% of your purchase price that you earn back..

3dCart has it set up so that you can set how many points to buy each product but it's displayed in one long disorganized list.. Next release is supposed to be easier to buy items with points but until then we opted for being able to buy just gift certificates with your points..

Best way to redeem and purchase items..

1) login, redeem points for gift certificates..
2) Complete checkout and a code for each gift certificate will be emailed to you..

3) Refill your cart with items that you want.
4) Put certificate code in the coupon box, one at a time, if you have more than one..

The total will be deducted from the order total..

If your order is less than the gift certificate total, you will still have a balance on that gift certificate..

Gift Certificates never expire..
