And I've personally heard of instances of people giving up on vaping altogether. 1st of all, you must have the will to stop smoking altogether. That is already a 50% factor. The other 50% is divided on into 2 parts. 25% weapon of choice, 25% reason. If you fulfil this criteria on yourself, is already 80% of battle won. The other 20% is purely on your will.
