hi @Sfm_92 and welcome to the forum. I don't have an answer other than using the search box at the upper right above your name and avatar.

Search Results for Query: heartburn | E-Cigarette Forum You're not alone in this so you might find an answer there.

You might also read this link :
A list of symptoms when quitting tobacco and changing to an ecigarette | E-Cigarette Forum

As a new member you need to get 5 posts/replies in to get full member status and be able to access other areas of the forum. AFTER you get the 5 posts/replies then you have to wait till half past the hour for the forum to update/reset and then you are good to go.

Good luck.

I think quitting analogues makes your stomach produce more acid, note the increased appetite and weight gain during quitting. I don't get heartburns but I do get quite some acid in there, more frequently. When you quit, the body will need more food to get the nutrients needed to heal the damages done before. Are you eating enough?

And one thing worth noting, usually when you get the hunger, thirst comes with it because you're vaping, and usually people would just drink something assuming they're not needing food.

Both VG and PG is hygroscopic, meaning it draws water, so the thirst.

Sfm_92, Hi and welcome! Sorry you are having these problems. I had a terrible time with Nicorette gum and also with vaping at high nicotine level. It doesn't look like you're using nicotine. By any chance are you vaping menthol or spearmintor even citrus flavors? Those flavors can cause problems too. Hope you get to the bottom of this without having to give up vaping. Lots of luck, Ginger

No, no citrus or anything that would cause it! Maybe it's from quitting smoking... I'm going to take prilosec tomorrow

I have been vaping 3 weeks now and off of analogs for a month. Tha last week I've developed crazy heartburn that lasts all day everyday. I Vape 0 nicotine and 100 vg. I've tried blends with pg and they irritate my throat and make no difference in heartburn anyway. I take tums and they don't help... Is this caused from vaping?

Just curious... But what type of Hardware are you using?

And about what Watts are you using with it?

I didn't start having this feel until 2 weeks after istarted vaping

yet you have only been vaping for 3 weeks.
so A week ago, you got heartburn. But for the majority of your vaping life, you didnt have it.
coincidental. its due to something else.
it could be stopping sucking in all the tar. If you are really worried, switch flavors.

But dude. I would go see a doctor. Sounds like you have some health issues that require a Doctors attention.
