batteries, charger, and atomizers have landed... they're just waiting for something to arrive... oh, I don't know what that could possibly be...

Do you have the shipping notice? Does it say when? Could it be tomorrow? Wouldn't that make for a wonderful rest of the weekend??!!??! Fingers crossed for you.

Lookin' at Monday, unfortunately. That's ok. I have a bunch of spare T3 heads, so I can swap them with impunity at the first sign of gurgling this weekend, without having to be conservative about keeping them on hand. I probably won't be using them much anymore after Monday.

Got my Grand! WooHoo!

Works great. The only problem I have is that the drip tip that got sent from Avid Vapers with the LR306s doesn't fit. And the atty gets pretty hot after a few seconds! But this device is pure brilliance. I'm stoked.

Glad you got your Grand! Would like to see a pic pleeze!

The 306 size varies by vendor. If it was a Cisco atty then sure seems like the drip tip should fit! You must have a drip tip with those! Don't burn your lips!

You did take the plastic off of the 306 right?

Here you go... now with driptip installed. Man, I can be dumb sometimes!

And here I really hesitated to ask you that!!! There have been others that didn't know to take that cover off. If you have not seen a 306 before and expect a 510 it can be confusing.

I have a Grand just like that sitting right here!!! Snazzy!!!

At least you didn't ask "what plastic cover?" I have had someone swear there was not a cover!!! LOL!!

Ha...new stuff is confusing. That is a BEAUTIFUL REO. You went classic and classy. I have a Red anodized Grand with a silver door. So.....give us a report on how it vapes. Don't vape yourself into a nic coma just because you can't put it down. :)

Congratulations! One of the hardest things about a REO is waiting for it.

Thanks, the pinky VVG in your avatar is SNAZZY!

Yes, I went with a more "cosmopolitan" look. I work in NYC, where everyone's always dressed in black it seems... this seemed to match that vibe. I have a feeling I'll be ordering more of these... maybe I'll get more adventurous in the future with respect to color schemes. :D

It vapes tremendously!!

I love it. The LR 306 with the short-ish tip is giving me a warmer vape than I'm used to, but I think I'm already coming to like it.

I also ordered an A7 though, so I should have some fun diving into the infinitely adjustable world of custom coils. And being a bit taller, I'm thinking it will probably have an intrinsically cooler vape, unless I really hotwire it.

Don't worry, I can handle it. Even though I didn't realize the 306's plastic was removable at first.

I could make a mini just like your Grand by switching doors (have a silver/silver and a black/black) but I'm too much of a fuddy-duddy. :) (That and the silver's been used for cinnamon, which I really don't much care for.)

About atomizers & their covers...I started with a pen-style, big honkin' atomizer, then got an eGo clone kit that came with two atomizers that were barenaked, no plastic covers. So...as far as I was concerned, 501 atomizers were little bitty things, about an inch long. When I received my first order of 501s I didn't recognize them, didn't even see that the plastic cover came off. I actually fired off an email to the vendor expressing my confusion. (Politely, thank heavens.) Their patient response was a  moment for me for sure.

Nobody's born knowing this stuff, y'know. :)

Plaz, it'd be a good idea to have some spare springs around. I hear the A7 can have issues and short collapsing the spring. That means no new springy no vapey. Just a heads up.
