KeepItSimple, give it a rest. We get it..you don't like TW. You're obviously attempting to damage a company that has an excellent reputation and, by all accounts, an excellent product.

This thread should be moved to any of the many complaint sub-forums (perhaps Outside) to avoid confusing new users who might mistake KeepItSimple for someone credible.

I'm brand new to vaping but I worked in retail management for 8+ years so I know a lot about good customer service. Recently I ordered some empty carts from TW and I was sent the wrong ones. Called up TW and they were professional and friendly, they are sending me my correct carts and told me if I wanted to send back the incorrect carts to them I could, but I didn't have to. I don't know anything about the problems the OP mentioned but my dealings with TW have been nothing but top notch.

Yes, a thick skin helps when abuse is given. But, you see, my sympathy goes to the customers. The tone of Jason's post about me is similar to the posts his customers with problems received. I can take it, but the customers shouldn't have to. Can't help it...consumer advocate you know.

And I do think it an important issue. And I do think it should be presented and brought to the forefront and I don't think it's "beating a dead horse". Some may say give it a rest - until it happens to you. Food for thought.

It seems TW is on a bit of a high horse. I definately won't be ordering from them.

I have to agree. I doubt he cares or thinks it will hurt his business as he has stated... but I think it will..

With all due/undue respect sir,

How can you continually harp the whole consumer advocate thing, when in reality you appear to be an attorney who wishes to take away freedom of speech rights of the very consumers you proclaim to advocate for?

I don't know your agenda here, sir, but I will take you at your word of merely coming to the forum to find information on ecigs.

With that said, take it from another consumer rights advocate and hit the "search" button on the issues you wish to obtain "discovery" on. The results are much more beneficial than keeping a flame war going.

Thank you, so clear, so effective!!

I hope your clients reach a satisfactory out come. I can only say that I personally have had very good experiences from TW/USA. I have made several purchase from them as well as having had a few e mail questions, directed to them answered, in a fast curtious manner. I hope that the problems can be settled away from this forum. By the way I am not a groupie, I do have a few though! At least I think I still do!!!

If I understand correctly, you personally have never purchased anything from TW -- or any other e-cig supplier, for that matter, but you feel it's your responsibility, having just joined the forum, to advocate for others who have complaints -- to the point where most of your posts are about other members' complaints.

I'm new to e-smoking also. I've made a few juice purchases from TW, and the service was fine. I wouldn't know enough about other possible customer service problems, nor the members making the complaints, to take sides on this issue, nor do I think it's any of my business, but you obvously do.

Strange.

Well, this has been interesting. From what I've learned on this forum regarding people who post problems, whether respectfully or not, is that you get a mixed bag of responses from those who will either give you helpful advice, those who really don't care and bypass commenting, and those who will poke fun of you and call you names.

Looks like here also there are those who gave helpful advice :thumb: and there are those who poked fun of the OP and called him names :nah:. Such is life I guess.

I personally had placed multiple orders between the USA and UK sites with Totally Wicked, so I very much liked their products.

Then I had a refund problem (is the OP referring to me?) that ended very badly. Because the problem wasn't being resolved I posted in Totally Wicked's forum essentially asking for help and what do I do next because by this time I was anxious about the refund!

BIG mistake to post a problem in Totally Wicked's forum! Needless to say, what the OP said hits the mark. I essentially understood why the fanboz would come out of the woodwork and ridicule and call me names, but when Jason did it too, was nasty and distorted what the original problem was in the first place - a refund that was promised and not given - well, I now know that my money is best spent elsewhere.

I once read "I may not remember what you said, I may not remember what you did, but I will always remember how you made me feel". Very unpleasant people there at Totally Wicked and that's what I remember about the experience.

Anyway, thank heaven these things aren't the norm with other suppliers. I've had very positive experiences with Phil at e-smokeytreats.com, with Ben at vapornine.com, and Jeff at jantyusa.com. There's been returned parts, exchanges, and refunds along the way along with some great customer service.

On a side note, I received an order this morning from eastmall.net and this is what David wrote to me on the invoice:

6 bottles free as gift
thanks for your support
any question please email me
I will get back to you asap
You are VIP on eastmall.net
Kind regards
David Yang

Now, my friend - that's called customer service!

Oh, one more thing I received the screwdriver from trog I ordered a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is awesome - I am so now in my comfort zone!

Sorry, didn't mean to make this so long. Got side-tracked with my new toys.

Totally wicked had pulled their support of ECF. They have totally left the forum!

Totally left the forum? I don't think so. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that his forum is still up and going. Being posted on and moderated.

SO..... Why continue bashing them!!

Geez...I said I liked their product. I've even said so in several posts. That's bashing? I only posted in the Totally Wicked forum only after I received a nasty email from Patti, their USA rep, and felt I had no where else to go. I guess that email pushed the action button. Is that bashing? If so, I'm sorry. I didn't mean for any of this to happen as it did. My bad, I guess. I just don't understand why Jason said the things he did.

Jason did issue a full refund. Yeah for Jason! And I truly mean it. I now realize the guy must have a lot on his plate and I reckon my problem didn't help any. You know...walk in my shoes type of thing. He has good products, no doubt about that. He has GREAT liquid, no doubt about that. He truly cares about his company, no doubt about that.

Peace and Prosperity to you Jason! May your life be filled with love and happiness (and no more customers like me, huh?).

Did I say you were bashing them????

I'm talking about the ones starting all of the super negative threads. Folks TW will work with you to solve your problems. Why air it in here AFTER the problem was fixed???
