Just got my first e-cig in the mail today. 
I got a 510 setup with 2 manual batts, 2 attys, some carts, and a Janty usb battery charger. Now, I know that this charger is probably el cheapo but I am trying it out. I screw the battery in hand tight and the light turns from green to red on the charger...and then it will periodically will go back and forth from red to green. Is it supposed to do this?? 
I didn't get any instructions or anything with my purchase, but I figured someone here must know. Thanks in advance!
