    Hi all!
    I purchased a GoGO a few months back. Fell in love with it immediately. Any questions I had were immediately answered. One day, my battery just stopped working. I emailed ssV2 about it and he tried to diagnose the problem. Well, when we couldn't find a solution, he told me to send it to him to take a look, as they are so well made, it should not have just died.

    I sent the battery, and he took it apart and found the problem. He repaired it and sent it back as good as new.

    I am so very grateful to CigEasy. You guys are a CLASS act!!

    I have to agree w/Katmar regarding these guys being a class act!

    I ordered my GoGo from CigEasy and got it VERY quickly! I'm very impressed with the service and product, and the GoGo has been awesome for my first PV! I placed a second order soon after for some empty cartos and whistle tips, and got that shipment just as quickly.

    Except there were no cartos. I emailed Frank and he immediately apologized and sent another shipment with empty cartos.

    With service like this, I will definitely be a long time customer! (I'm considering a single KR808D1 w/PT for nights in front of the PC, so may be going back sooner rather than later!). :)
