Not so much about the product as it is the supplier to customer relationship that SE establishes... And if the SE gold is ur first device, of course u think its good, wait until u get a good 510 or a good battery mod, that SE gold will look pathetic side by side. Honestly as a former SE gold owner, I thought it sucked big time. Cheaply made, very overpriced, and very low bat life.
To many people, the quality of service is dead even with customer service as far as the decision to purchase from goes. SE are not our friends, they exploit a good thing like vaping and tell bs lies purely for their own benefit. Of course all suppliers do it for the money but SE is in a league of their own, once they have ur money they drop you like a hot potato.
Take Vapor4life for example, of course steve and the guys profit from their business, but they have customer service that is out of this world, they actually care about the customers happiness with their products. Same with diyflavorshack, altsmoke, vapornine, and many others.
As long as your happy and off of analogs or reducing your tobacco intake, thats all that matters, but dont be fooled by that joke of a company that distributes your device, they are no friend to you.

+1 on "not just the supplier". If you got sucked into buying one, learn how to use it, yeah. But if you haven't bought yet, bypass this one. At $48 it's still way overpriced, let alone $159.
yup, I was fine with my SE ($130) but once I got my 510, yeah, I like my 510 much more. For the first day tho (after I had used the SE for a week) I wasn't sure about the transition from SE to 510. Well, that only took an hour or so.
I actually think my SE will last longer than my 510 tho. From what I hear about attys burning out and batteries too. The SE seems to be built sturdy. And tho it doesn't produce huge vapor, I think this is because the atty doesn't work as hard as the 510, thus it will prob last longe. My SE is now my in-case-the-510-breaks-down-I-will-NOT-go-buy-a-pack-o-butts electronic cig.
