usually the wick is the first thing that needs replacing. One simply removes the old wick, dry burn the coil to get rid of any gunk, then re-wick, saturate and test burn, everything fine the assemble, juice up and vape. After the coil is spent the wrapping a new one is necessity and re-wicking. Not familiar with the one you posted. looks more like a changeable then a re-buildable, but people have re-built many changeable atomizers. So it may be possible. Check out the many coil build threads to get an idea of what needs to be done and equipment needed. Have fun!!
