Hi Everyone-
A couple of days ago I finished a Blue Lexan box with parallel 18650's - one blue LED - and a voltage meter. With no atomizer - the unit shows 4.1 to 4.2 volts with fresh charged batteries. Attaching my Tobh 22mm with a 0.41 Ohm build - I am seeing a voltage drop of almost .6 volts. Question to anyone (or everyone), "Is this an acceptable amount of voltage drop?" All wires (except for what came attached to the voltage meter & pre-wired LED) are 18 gauge solid.

Sounds like you built a nice mod, I would not worry about gaining a .10 of volt its not going to change your vape experience that much. If you want more power you have the box and batteries already it wont cost much more to put a 60w raptor in their they are under 9 bucks plus a couple resistors and a pot. The battery life is pretty incredible with that set up. Having them in series they dont have to work as hard to carry the load. I vape at 5 volts on .60 ohm dual coil and still get 12 to 14 hours on a set of battery's. You wont be disapointed.

Thanks for the input y'all - BTW the batteries are Purple eFest 35a - 2500Mah. I don't plan to change anything - this was my first MOD with a voltage meter so I was just wondering if .6 volt drop was normal or not. I alternate between 4 box mods (all my own) most days and do battery swaps on all once a day. Three are parallel 18650 and one is parallel 26650. Someday I will have to take some pics and post. I am waiting on some stuff for my next two projects - a bigger box DNA and perhaps for the other, something powered by a 2s RC Battery (7.4v). Thanks for the comments everyone - Have a Vaping Groovy Day!!!
