I wasn't paying attention last time I ordered and I accidentally ordered cartomizers with a bottom coil. I got three boxes of these cartomizers with the coil at the bottom and freaked out because I thought I screwed up. Normally the components are always on the top. I thought I might have wasted my money. When I went to fill one I wasted over a ml of e-juice because I tried to fill it like top coils (you need to turn bottom coils upside down or all your juice goes bye bye). After a few weeks I have to say, they are the bees knees! They take a little time to learn to fill correctly (without leakage), but once you figure it out, they are great. I don't have to tip my cartomizers upside down to wet the wick anymore; gravity does all the work. The vape is not as hot or aggravating either. I have asthma and the top coils would make me wheezy. Since these bottom coils create more distance between the initial vaporization and my mouth, it's much cooler and mellow. I get my nicotine without any aggravation. This means I don't have to use my asthma inhaler unnecessarily. The flavors even taste better!

My dumb mistake in ordering has been so awesome!

I use the vivi nova. The Phoenix bottom coils were the greatest thing ever--first box. The second box was flawed crap and it went in the trash and I was out my $12 in like an hour. The GV Phoenix tank has some good reviews and happy fans. But I will tell you: the Ce3 China QC sucks and don't get lulled into thinking that a "bad one" is a rare thing--expect some duds and a box that doesn't even have good holes punched in them. Ce3s are great when they work, a disgrace when they don't... Next three boxes you get, 2 may be flawed... Just a FYI.

For newer people without asthma issues, if you don't mind some juice muting get a Vivi Nova 2.5/Vivi mini. I rewick them with my own coils/wick and I have a $0/week delivery system. 0$/week and no leaking--ever! Nothing like your CE3 ...... on you in bed like mine did one night when the cheap rubber depressurized...

0$

Vivi is $13
mini is $10

heads $3... if you clean them they may last 2 weeks
Kanthal wire cost me $20/3$ cotton yarn= literally years of wicks and coil

And no hypos--that gets old fast.

Enjoy your Ce3s, but know you're tossing money away and don't get suprised when you get a whole lot of flawed crap and open that last box and find they are ALL mis-made. That's another tip I learned: check out one in each box if you order many. 'Cause if you're running low and find an ENTIRE BOX is flawed it may be a rude surprise (thankfully I had old cartos). The Ce3s have a great vape/flavor but, over time, you'll be sinking a ton of money into them...

I've been through 2 boxes of the Phoenix 1.5ml bottom coils and haven't had a dud yet.

I've bought 5 boxes, both Phoenix and unbranded, and not only did they all work, they're all STILL working after about 6 weeks and a couple of cleanings. I'm not offering that as proof that they're all problem-free; that's just the experience I've had with them. But I don't think mass failure is a given.

1) I was suggesting another option for cost savings if people wish.
2) If you search ECF on these there are a variety of posted experiences. Some, like me, have had a lot of problems with the overall QC--it's not just my experience. Others, love them and have had no problems for many months--they clean them and snuggle them and buy the little caps to put in the end to replace it for leaks. I'm not saying it doesn't give a good vape and can be made to work well--it can add up to a lot of money if you vape a ton and change your juice a ton/day/week. If you vape light and finish the juice, it may not be much of an expense. However, the hole is good for only so many refills before it leaks. If, like me, you're sucking out the juice and refilling a lot you can burn through these $12/box products quickly, combined with getting crappy ones overall and it can add up. Enjoy your stuff--just be warned some companies/shipments will not be all that and it's not just me that got tired of bad QC for what is a great product--when it works.

Throughout my year of using gotvapes cartomizers (Phoenix and Fluxomizers), I have had about 3 - 5 dud cartimisers. It's kind of a bummer to fill one up and realize it doesn't work. Now I always test if they light up before filling a new one.

I'm a Ressie fan, too. They're pretty much the only filler carto I'll use. Very reliable from a QC standpoint (as with any carto, YMMV, as I'm sure you've noticed), although if you like dark, sweet juices, be prepared to go through them pretty quickly. Luckily, at that price, you can afford to do that.
