phoenix top coil.. am i not doing something right?

i love the bottom coil phoenix but i have a few top coil left so i thought i try to fill em again.. needle in one hole.. press syringe.. juice leak out bottom...

tried upside down.. juice leak out other hole..

what gives?

Make sure you are filling through the slots on the side and not down the center hole.. right side up btw
