According to my PV, the ohms of cartomizer is not STEADY...

I checked the carto with Provari, sometimes it reads @ 2.7 ohms, sometimes 2.8 ohms, or even 2.3 ohms at some times. And it even changes while the PV is checking the ohms of carto.. Is it normal?!

From what I've been told it is. My 3 ohm carts swing from 2.7 to about 3.3, but it varies from carto to carto.

yeh, ohms vary slightly due to several factors, so you can't be too ....

Cartomizers, atomizers, rebuildables, whatevers...ohms/resistance will always vary depending on usage, life, and whatever gunk/juice/debris is in the way of the connection.

Yours isn't that bad. One of my t3 heads swing from 2.7 to 9.9ohms if I don't vape it for some time. At 9.9ohms, I would expect an open connection. But nooooo. I give it a short fire and it drops back to 2.7ohms.
I think it's its way of saying vape me, vape me. Lol

Don't worry, a slight variance of +-0.3 or thereabouts is natural.
