I need recommendations for a regulated box mod. I rarely vape above above 12 Watts, but would like the capability to go slightly above. I don't build my coils lower than 1 ohm either. I really wish the MVP2 was capable of 20 watts and handling 1 ohm coils, since i really like the looks. All else being equal, I would prefer 30 Watts for possible future change in preference, but 20 Watts is fine too.

What i am looking for in order of importance :

1- accuracy, especially in the 1-1.8 ohm and 10-15 Watt range.
2- solid build and solid, preferrably adjustable 510 connection.
3- compact form factor
4- price. i would really like to pay under $ 75. If lower, then better, but i wouldn't want to compromise in the first three criteria in order to get lower prices.
5- color choices.

I realize i might not get all of the above for the price, but any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

You may have painted yourself into a corner with your criteria. For under $75 you'll either need to sacrifice some power or roll the dice on the DNA20/30 clones. DNA30 clones are now under $50 if you are willing to accept that it may be of questionable quality and reliability. If you are willing to give up some wattage, the 15W Innokin VTR - which is built like a tank - can be had for under $70.

Yes, the VTR is the way to go for under $75. I will say however, having bought a Hana Modz v3 a week or so ago, that I wish I would have just laid out the cash for it to start with. It is so superior in consistency and performance to what I had been using. I started with an Innokin VV 3.0, moved on to the MVP2, and VTR. The Hana puts them all to shame. Sorry if I sound like a fanboy, it's just that good.

I'm on my first day with the VTR and really loving it. It's a freakin' heavy brick though so be ready for that, and not all tanks will fit in through the top ring. I had to grind off the grip nubs on the airflow control ring of my Aspire Nautilus Mini to get it to fit, but it's hitting like a beast. Highly recommended. I got mine for $60 from AngelCigs, and I got it in just two days with free shipping. Can't beat that with a stick.

The VTR is a nice looking mod but i'm looking for a box mod for going out. A little too heavy for my purposes. Another problem, I use kay/tai's quite a bit and i'm not sure they will fit through the top ring.

I like the pricing on the Hana clones, but concerned about the accuracy and reliability.

I would've thought that with all the 50, 100 or even 150 watt mods coming out, i would be able to find a reliable, accurate 20 watt box mod for under $ 75, but i guess not.

accuracy is a function of design and quality. chinese mods are not build for quality.
