I was givin some mvs-hv atomizers and carts. I have the joye ego mega system. is there a adapter available to be able to use them

Not unless you know what model threading mvs is. I don't.

And Ego doesn't really have enough voltage for HV stuff. Ego is only 3.2v or so under load.

Do your atomizers look like this:

MyVaporStore Mismarked Atomizers

Or do they look like this?

MyVaporStore HV Atomizers

If they look like the first link, then they're 510 and if you read the entire description you'll see that these were mis-marked as HV atties, but they're actually LR.

If they look like the second link, then they're probably HV atomizers and like dormouse said, they won't work with the eGo batteries.
