Yup, either everyone in this part of the country didn't give a crap about the news the other day, or they already forgot about it and moved on to something else.
Just pointing out the short attention span of the general public, a couple days later, there on to something else, and it's like it never happened..
I've had no one say anything since the FDA report, most likely they just didn't care, or don't watch the news, but I'm sure some folks watched it, and it just didn't stick. Like it never happened.
They're going to have to do better than that, it's got to be front page for a week before it stays in our long term memory. lol...

They certainly care as they have to start making up the lost tax revenue because fewer people are smoking. $20 six-pack anyone?

I just talked to mom... she now wants to try vg because she does not want pg because of the news report the other day you can bet when she gets online next week I am going to send her here.... tried telling her a little about the study but the reception was bad.... I can't beleive she fell for it

I think it's just sad that they blatently went around trying to scare people away from an alternative that is alot safer than an accual cigarette.I really do hope people have a short attention span.People my s.o. work with have been leaving him articles and telling him that the FDA is "only trying to protect us".
I'm just happy that we're both members here and didn't fall for the lie.

What I noticed is that the people who know people who vape latched onto it. Everyone else pretty much said ..what? It's so unknown that most of the population skimmed over it.
Unless you are into it..it didn't cause a ripple.

All snack foods, fast foods, soda pop, juices with sugar, anything with sugar, anything with the 'wrong' fats, red meat, well... all meat, any dairy product. IOW become a vegan or else!. And while you would only be 'harming yourself' - they'll claim that you're robbing people by driving up healthcare costs. After that - golf - a waste of prime real estate... fill in your whatever else makes you happy.
