I've only been in the hospital once in my life - when I was born.
I had my kids at home, and i've always been fairly healthy. The only exception to that is the fact I seem to get strep throat if anyone near me gets it. and by near, I mean in the same state. LOL.
I tend to get it once a year, once every 2 years.

My ex was 350lbs, had an enlarged hart, was on steriods/asthma drugs/antihistimines/muscle relaxants/gout meds/BP meds/etc at 26.
he's now 36 and I can only guess. Its had to have gotten worse. We were spending around 150/mth AFTER insurance on all his meds before my kids were born 10-12 years ago. He had at minimum 2 doctors appointments a month.

I've been a smoker for 15 years I guess (since i've been vaping for almost a year now). I'm on the mid to low end of BMI for my height. my ex is almost a 50 for his BMI.

Until HE gets charged more for insurance, I don't see why I should. I see my doctor maybe 1x a year when I get my yearly bout of strep, or 2x if I get a random kid-cold on top of that.

Yes, as a rule smokers are more prone to health issues than someone of the same makeup who doesn't smoke. However you absolutely cannot tell me that i'm less healthy than someone like my ex who eats big macs and can't make it up a flight of stairs.
doubly so now that i'm a vaper.

The whole thing leaves a sour taste in my mouth and makes me want to go off the grid.

Day 4 of 0 nic. No cravings, urges, fits, etc.. I am going to schedule the test for Monday or Tuesday.

I have already quit smoking. I currently am not a tobacco user, and I am also currently not a tobacco by-product user. If I pass the test, then I legally qualify as a verified non nicotine user. If that happens, I see no reason to start consuming nicotine on a reglar basis. After 30 years of smoking and then finally getting nic free, it would be stupid for me to get back on nicotine. I plan to just keep vaping 0mg nic. That being said. If I get to the point where I have an urge to smoke, I am heading straight for that partial bottle of 18mg that I got with my starter kit and never finished. I have some backup 12mg as well.

I didn't really think that I would be in this position at this point in time. It is a pleasant suprise to be sure.

hello MD boater, great position to take for sure.I quit all nic zero vaping,(mint cho chip) for six months when I started , then I got loose and decided it didnt matter if using nic, mistake on my part ,some would say,me too.I never was a nic everyday abuser only while adult bevs, twice a week.I dont have an addictive bone in my being only an over use when wanting bone, so logic told me so.I salute your idea to leave the nic on the side cause its the right choice, point blank.Xero vaping may not give a high but it gives no low for some, congrats. On the test two weeks would make me more sure of a neg result.
PS- send me some tasty strippers.
