I love mixing. I have come up with some great flavors and some, well, not so great ones, lol I get my flavorings from LorAnn's and they are mostly awesome flavors. Some are stronger than others but you'll quickly learn what you like and get your favorites memorized. Have fun and experiment with it. You never know what you might come up with!

Oh for sure. There's a post around here somewhere that lists the Lorann flavors that are cool to use and those that should probably be avoided - have you seen that?

And this is a great calculator for mixing...

eJuice Recipe Calculator

Get some good pointed tweezers, a couple of sharp syringes and a couple of dull ones. Also, if you go to your local feed store or CO-OP you can get a 10ml syringe that is great for squeezing out your carts when you are cleaning them and refilling them.

See, I found you some more stuff to buy!

Awesome, thanks! What are the tweezers for? I've been using a straightened out on one side paper clip and it works pretty good...
Just bought the syringes and the other stuff, was delivered today. What I'd like to find is a supplier who has decent prices on juices that actually taste awesome. Truesmoker.com has some pretty good ones, but the sizes he stocks are limited. Also, do you know if lorann's sells larger bottles, like the size you might find a big bottle of vanilla extract in?

The tweezers come in handy when you are taking the filler out of your carts for cleaning or refilling. I also keep a pair of cuticle scissors to trim any stray filler strands.

Nhaler, Puresmoker, CigEasy, GoodProphets, Rocky Mountain Vapor and Vapor Station all have great flavors. The prices are decent and the shipping is pretty fast. Some of them even have free shipping. You can find links to them on the front page of ECF in the Suppliers section.

If you are going to start mixing your own, make sure to get some food grade PG and/or VG to cut it with.

We seem to have hijacked your own thread, lol Sorry about that.

(Technically I'm alright, I'm giving you more ways to spend money, lol )

We hijacked my thread - lmao - yep, appears so :)
But yeah, it's all good - plenty of good info here, and it's very much appreciated!

And yeah, I got some VG delivered today and the PG will probably be here tomorrow. Where do you usually buy yours from? I got smallish quantities to see if I even wanted to do this, and it would appear that I do, I've been vaping this caramel all day.

I use my swiss army knife on my keychain. It's always with me and I used it almost everyday before vaping. Now with vaping the scissors and the tweezers are even more handy. For you ladies they have a new one out in pink that looks nice. :DVictorinox Swiss Army - MultiTools - Classic SD

I just ordered a pink magnum mod. I think that knife would make a very nice matching accessory for it. Thanks for the link!

( See, more stuff to buy,lol )

Lol glad I could help. My girlfriend has a pink 510 with red led that looks nice. She carries it in a pink e-cig aluminum holder/case from healthcabin. She's always asking for the tweezers out of my swiss army knife to pull the polyfill back up in her carts so I may have to pick a pink one up for her.

While getting approval from my wife to spend the cash on a pv... I sold her on the health aspect primarily w/ the cash savings close behind.... Started w/ a 510 kit @ the beginning of August... got my 510 PT from Pure Smoker today, after a few drags of that I'm researching a 5v upgrade and then will sell my 510 kit to a buddy.... healthier? most likely yes... cheaper??? not yet... but I think I will get there after my next upgrade

Thats what we all keep telling ourselves lol.
Yeah, heh heh
But then again...look at the savings on my banner, after only one week.
At least with this - it's fun, on top of everything else. When have you ever had fun like this buying analogues? And still, when you're set up the way you want to be, I think you'll still be saving $$ in the log run, yes?

Feel the same. Started 3 weeks ago with a 3 pc 510 kit from Innovapor and it was all downhill from there. Having a blast too.

Since then I have accumulated a bunch of juices, 50+ spare attys, 10 or so spare batts, pass-throughs and I'm waiting on several different mods currently - Silver bullet/magnum etc. I'm always roaming for better deals like a little old lady on saturday driving around to all the garage sales and swap meets.

Then you got the poly-fill, tea bags, fish tank filters and whatever other nonsense you're shoving in your carts. I'm even buying accessories like travel cases and desk organizers to store all my loot. Everything has to look nice to increase the awesomness of it all.

The funny thing is I've spent the equivolent of about 3 months smoking cost and I have enough of this crap to keep me vaping for over a year or two.

Well think about what we had with cigarettes? Pretty much all you could buy was your choice of smoke and maybe a snazzy lighter. Little did the tobacco industry know how much money we REALLY wanted to spend on crap we didn't need just to enjoy our nicotine more.

I look at it like a long con. In the short run vaping is taking me to the cleaners but I'll get the ....... in the long run. If the current momentum keeps up I'll have enough crap accumulated in about 3 years to keep me vaping until I die an old man.

OMG, I know what you mean! I didn't really need the car charger for the Dragon and the juice I just bought...but...it's like I just couldn't go to bed without just buying a couple more things...

And yeah...if the tobacco industry knew we'd get all wild eyed and act like kids turned loose in a toy store on Christmas, I wonder how much cool things they'd have come up with for us to kill ourselves with...

Loranns does sell the larger bottles 1oz to 4 oz bottles to be exact you can find them here https://www.lorannoils.com/c-6-super-strength-flavors-candy-oils.aspx

I haven't even gotten into the DIY yet just with some flavors I already had here I am afraid to go that far then their might not be a stop to the madness. I thought it was just me until I found this thread I definatily have OVD.
