I'm curious what other addictions may have been fought or broken with vaping.
Most if not all vapers have smoked something or other. I even know a guy who still smoked cornsilk on his farm.

I have found that my lifelong pursuit of candies and other confections has been limited severely by my switching to my mod.
I have found that low nic levels in a device have been great for otherworldly flavors and that dessert or sweet tooth craving.

I'm losing weight (slowly), my blood sugar is more stable, and I have found myself able to enjoy TREATS as opposed to cramming a bag of skittles in a few hours.

Anyone else find themselves using vaping as a distraction from or replacement for other bad habits?

I began vaping to replace smoking, and I've been very successful in that :) now that I've been vaping for a while, I've found that the flavors from vaping can be a useful replacement for unnecessary snacking. I gained some weight recently because of snacking, mostly on chips and oreo cookies. I realized one day that with all these yummy vape flavors in my cabinet, I really have no excuse for that  so now when I want to snack I just vape. It's been working out well, I've barely been snacking at all lately :)
