I saved this formula from somewhere here on the forum and found it very helpful for me. Hope it helps you too.

A= total amount of juice, in ml, that you want to make.
B= number of mg/ml of nicotine that you want in the final juice.
C= number of mg/ml of nicotine in your nicotine base.

Multiply A times B, then divide by C. That will yield the number of ml of nicotine base to use.
 
Let's make sure we are using the right units here.

Wheelie, 50% nicotine would be approximately 500 mg/ml (hella scary) 50 mg/ml is closer to 5% nicotine.

Coupon78, are you sure the nicotine concentration of the base you are using is 50 mg/ml? Or is it possibly 50 ml of nicotine at a different concentration? I only ask because the e-juice industry has settled on the colossally stupid convention of describing nicotine concentration as "mg," which leads to a lot of confusion.
