Oh wait, sorry. I misread your question.

I don't know how many drops, I guess it depends on the volume of your drops.

You could do this though...

1 ml of 24 mg/ml = 24 mg
0.2 ml of 100 mg/ml = 20 mg

You'd then have 44 mg in 1.2 ml of juice. 44/1.4 = 36.67 mg/ml

or

1 ml of 24 mg/ml = 24 mg
0.15 ml of 100 mg/ml = 15 mg

You'd then have 39 mg in 1.15 ml of juice 39/1.15 = 33.9 mg/ml

Are you only going to make a ml? If you want to make, say 10 mls, scale it up. That way your measurements aren't so small.

If you were going to use 11 ml of your 24 mg/ml juice you'd add 1.5 ml of your 100 mg/ml nic base.

24 mg/ml * 11 ml = 264 mg nicotine
100 mg/ml * 2.0 ml = 200 mg nicotine

Total volume would be 13 ml. Total nicotine would be 464 mg. So, 464mg/13 ml = ~36 mg/ml.

Otherwise, you can somehow measure how many drops are in a ml of your nic base. Divide to get drops per ml, and figure it out that way. I prefer not to measure anything in drops, and I use syringes to measure small amounts of liquid.

Another option is to find a small 0.5 ml syringe (like for insulin). That would allow you to measure less than ml volumes more accurately.

Oh, if you have excel you can download the ejuice calculator spreadsheet up in the sticky area (https://www.filesanywhere.com/fs/v.aspx?v=89716a8960646eb99c6c). If you go to either the page titled PG calculator or VG calculator and scroll all the way to the bottom you will see an area to calculate "What would be the quantities be needed to make a specified mg% and quantity based off two nic %'s". Elsewhere on the spreadsheet you can enter in the number of drops/ml for your liquids and the calculator will do the math for you.

Yeah, that would be section 5, should look like this if 32 drops = 1 ml:
