Normally I’d jump straight into talking about the juice, but with Adirondack Vapor I have to lead with customer service. I ordered from them on black Friday, and my juice was shipped a few days later, via USPS Priority Mail. The delivery date came and went with no package in my mailbox. I contacted the post office who pretty much told me to pound sand. I contacted Adirondack to see if they could assist me. The were really awesome, tried their best to find out where the package was and offered to reship the entire order at no cost to me. These are good people and, from what I experienced, very much focused on customer satisfaction.

Packaging:
For my order each bottle came sealed in it’s own plastic bag. You’ll find shrink wrap where the screw down cap attaches to the bottle.

The Summit line of juices come in nice green bottles that look slick and have a unique shape. Juices from the Base Camp line are going to come in traditional amber bottles. If you order either line in the 6ml size, you are going to get an easy to squeeze plastic bottle. The bottles don’t have childproof caps. So if you have kids running around keep it out of their reach.

Labeling is simple and has all the information you want right up front. It’s easy to read, you aren’t going to need a magnifying glass to identify the flavor, PG/VG ratio and nic level. The only thing not listed is the born on date. Not a deal breaker but it would be a nice addition. However, the labels aren’t printed on shiny paper so you can write the date, or whatever you like, on them. On to the review already!

Quick Note: Adirondack offers the typical nic levels between 0-24mg. For PG/VG you can get 70/30, 50/50 or 30/70.

Review:
Miracle on Ice (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “Mixed coconut/berry flavor with just a little touch of cooling to complement”

I must have been really feeling the holiday spirit(drunk) when I placed my order and must not have read the description very well. I like coconut, I like strawberries, but I am pretty neutral to blueberries and every juice I have tried that used words like ‘cooling’, ‘frost’ or ‘chill’ have done nothing but beat my tastebuds into submission with menthol flavor. That being said, I really like this juice. The coconut tastes like actual coconut, not that hopped up overly sweet coconut flavor of shredded coconut, but delicious tender coconut flesh you get from a freshly cracked open coconut. The strawberry and blueberry are in tune with coconut and the mix makes a bright refreshing flavor. The mint, (it’s mint, not menthol or peppermint) comes on during the exhale, it’s not punching you in the face as soon as the vapor hits your mouth. If you take tiny little puffs you’ll hardly notice the mint. When you take a nice long inhale you’ll get very mild indications of mint but on the exhale you are going to experience an exceedingly pleasant coolness. Combine that with the berries and coconut and you get an awesome flavor and sensation. There is a floral note to this, it’s not overbearing. Throat hit is average to mild. At 18mg you can tell it’s there, it’s like a polite knock.

Grade: A If you like any combination of coconut, berries and subtle mint this is for you.

Tupper (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “A fragrant blend of melon and strawberry finished with a champagne exhale.”

This stuff is amazing. I am not kidding. It’s one of the best juices I have ever had. Sometimes I think the melon is honeydew, sometimes I think it’s cantaloupe, I can’t tell you for sure which it is. But it doesn’t really matter because it’s absolutely delicious. Once again the flavors taste real, not like the artificialness you get with a strawberry flavored candy or some juices. The melon and strawberry are layered together in a way that makes your mouth feel like a warm summer evening, and then you get this bright finish on the exhale from the champagne that ties it all together. There is a slightly fragranet tone, it’s not like potpourri, it’s just a hint and really makes everything pop. At 18mg the throat hit on this is pretty mild, it’s like a quiet knock on the door, like when your neighbor is checking if you are awake at 8 am on a Sunday.

Grade: A+ is as high as my scale goes, so that’s the grade it gets. In reality Tupper attended MIT at 12, graduated at 14 with double doctorates, and is now working at some think tank. Yes it is that good. If you have a mouth you should try this.

Ski Patrol (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “This mysterious brew cannot be fully understood, but has been termed as rural and outdoorsy, with notes of blueberry and an ever so slight hint of tartness on the predominantly floral exhale.”

This is a mysterious brew all right. It has me scratching my head. I have been sniffing fresh coffee grounds, having splashes of hot sauce, taking rips on peppermint juice, all in an effort to have my tastebuds 100% operational so I can figure out what the hell is in this. None of it has worked. I taste the blueberry, and I get the tartness, but there’s this mysterious flavor I can’t pin down. Flavor X tastes good, it’s by no means faint, it’s right there front and center. It’s familiar and I have tasted it before but I can’t put my finger on it. There is a floral exhale, and it’s predominant, but works well with Flavor X. Even with flavor X there, this is still a tasty juice. The tartness makes it sunny but it’s more substantial than the previous juices, it’s not more flavorful, it just has more body to it. This is a very interesting combination. Somehow it manages to be refreshing and full at the same time. At 18mg this has a stronger throat hit than Miracle on Ice and Tupper. It’s still not going to knock your door down, but it is going to knock very loudly.

Grade: B For me the floral notes become too predominate if I vape it all day. It is a nice change up, and I find it delicious in smaller doses. If you are a fan of floral notes this would be a welcome addition to your rotation.

Placid (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “A pleasant flavor of honeysuckle with a hint of pear, strawberry, and lime”

I have spent my life avoiding any desserts, drinks, or juice that contain honeysuckle. Never tried it before, I just didn’t think it sounded good, who wants to ingest a flower. It turns out it may have been a massive mistake. There’s a slightly floral, but delicious flavor, which I am assuming is the honeysuckle, backed up by a nice punch of strawberry, delicious pear and just a touch of lime tartness. I know I have beat the words, refreshing and bright to death in this review, but this is another juice with those qualities.

Grade: A+ I was very skeptical about this flavor, but it’s a homerun.

Vanilla Bourbon (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “A dark rich bourbon that will warm your insides, with a light and sweet hint of vanilla”

This smells like whiskey, I am not exaggerating, it smells exactly like whiskey. I don’t get bourbon flavor from it, I get blended scotch whiskey, along the lines of Johnnie Walker or Dewars (I mostly drink scotch whiskey, which might explain this) The vanilla comes across as a slight afternote. It’s there, but in the background waving at you while the whiskey punches it in the face, it’s rather pleasant. What’s it like to vape? Well imagine drinking some Johnnie Walker, the flavor is there, but it doesn’t give you that warm burn as it travels down your gullet, you don’t get drunk, and when you exhale you get the same flavor but not that hot to cool sensation. The throat hit is pretty average, which is slightly disappointing on this one, I think a solid throat punch would really add another dimension. However, if you are using an RDA I am sure you could tune your setup to get a nice punch from this.

Grade: B+ or A+ If you like booze, I mean three fingers of some brown liquor, this is for you. It’s a bit of head scratcher. Sometimes I think it’s good, and other times I think it’s nectar of the gods. It goes great with beer, it’s like having a whiskey chaser with every swig, but you don’t have to deal with being on the superhighway to punching some dude in the face for eyeballing your chick.

Lime in De Coconut (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “Two refreshing flavors, Key Lime, and Coconut”

I know what you are thinking, lime and coconut, no big deal. Well you are wrong. The description says key lime and you get key lime, you aren’t going to find the sharpness of regular limes here, just the smooth tang of key limes. I get slightly more key lime than coconut, it keeps it bright slightly tart, not too sweet, the coconut gives a subtle creamy finish. The finish is slightly floral, I don’t think it’s added in, just a byproduct of the key lime, it’s pleasant and not overbearing. Throat hit is average at 18mg.

Grade: A This juice is perfect if you are looking for something refreshing with just a dash of richness to it. Lime in De Coconut mixes exceptionally well with Vanilla Bourbon.

Watermelon Ice (50/50 18mg)
What they say: “Watermelon flavor, with just the right touch of Menthol”

I don’t particularly care for this juice. It seems like it’s 85% menthol and 15% watermelon. It reminds me of toothpaste. I have had this flavor for less than a week, it may need some steeping time.

Grade: C- If you like heavy menthol this very well might be the juice from you. The Low grade comes from my distaste of menthol.

Watermelon (50/50 12mg)
What they say: “A sweet and fresh Watermelon.”

One flavor, pretty simple. It tastes like watermelon. Not artificial watermelon, more of a punched up version of real watermelon. It has sweetness to it, but it’s just the right amount, you are not going to feel like you are about to slip into a diabetic coma with this stuff.

Grade: B I am not the biggest fan of single flavor juices, that’s why this isn’t higher.

Final Thoughts: (just like Jerry Springer)
I have tried lots of juice. I can’t say that I have ever had anything that tasted quite like this before. I can’t tell you how many times I have tried juices that were fruit flavored and discovered the flavors didn’t taste like fruit, but like the artificial flavors of candy instead. That’s not the case here, the fruits taste is natural, you aren’t going to get strawberry runts.

The selections that contain fruit, are loaded with flavor, yet aren’t overbearing and manage to be very refreshing. The flavors are artfully layered and mixed to give a complex, very satisfying and unique vaping experience. If any of their flavors sound interesting to you, I highly recommend giving Adirondack Vapor a try.

Disclaimer: These are my opinions, I don’t claim to be THE juice authority, I am just a normal guy, who happens to be exceedingly handsome. I don’t work for Adirondack, we are not old friends, drinking buddies or relatives. I am not trying to date one of their sisters. I am not doing this review in exchange for future discounts, free juice or any other form of remuneration.

Placid is seriously delicious, as is Delta (the only two I've tried). I wish Adirondack had more of a presence here - they are one of the few vendors out there that is doing something unique, and they are doing it very well. So far my favorite juice vendor by far!

They really do make good stuff. There are a lot of places that make great stuff that no one talks about on here.
