So I have one of the new reos with the new looking 510s, I thought the problems with these were fixed because I had to wait for them to be put back on the website. So I put the allen key into the 510 turn it and nothing happens. I put the rm2 back on and the airhole is still facing the button. Am I doimg something wrong?

Have any pics of your 510? And probably a message to Rob would be your best bet.
Your grub screw didn't fall out by any chance. If it is missing, you will not be able to adjust it.
If the grub screw does not tighten to the point where you cannot turn the key any more, then it's prolly the wrong sized key.
My allen key I use on my rm5 post screws is the same size as the 510 wrench. Lefty tighty righty loosy, good luck man.

I'll confess...I keep a toothpick stashed inside my REO behind my bottle. It fits the grubs on my REO and Nuppin - just in case of emergency! You could try that if you have nothing else handy ATM. Just snip the tip of the toothpick off.
Sounds like the grub screw is MIA. Unscrew it too much and it will come out. Being small it would be easy to miss when unpacking if it had worked it's way out during shipping. Contact Rob, he will make it right.
